Nice fit but not high qualitySep 20, 2011

This hat is nice and thick, shielding out sun from my son's little bald head. It has an elasticized interior part that makes for a snug fit. I got this in the 6-12 months and it fits my 7 month old well. He has a pretty average sized head so I'm not sure how long this will fit. What I don't like about this hat is that the yarn was not dyed. The fabric was dyed or painted after it was manufactured. That makes the feel of it rather rough and, up close, it looks a little cheap.

Just got this, as well as a simple cotton orange sunhat also from Swedish kids. Love the orange one, it's soft and sweet, though this fabric feels like a scratchy and hard towel. Will probably be sending back- I can't imagine putting it on baby's delicate head.

I'm born and raised in Sweden. Never knew or noticed that cloulds are especially popular in Sweden.
There is no awareness in Sweden that clouds are as Swedish as meatballs or Abba.
Not saying that the hat with the clouds isn't cute. It is cute. But there's nothing particularly Swedish about clouds.
